I am not sure about you, but I have always misplaced things and then it was in places I never thought it would be. or in other words I always look for it in places that I think they should be. Like they know where to go and hide.

Such is the case with us human beings also I guess. We have preconceived notions about other people. We kind of act like we know what each individual is capable of. Like we know how to size and dice people who are as unique as us. And in the process we fail to see them for all they are

We also look for solutions to problems in the wrong places. That is why they say we need to reframe the problem statement or get fresh eyes to view it. We are quite burdened by what we know that we ignore what we do not know.
